How long will my order take to arrive?
Our standard shipping takes 12–18 business days. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can watch your package on its journey.

Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Just click the link in your email to see where your package is.
Do you ship all over Australia?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in Australia! Just make sure your address is correct at checkout so your order arrives safely.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. New Zealand will be soon!
Do you have starter kits for beginners?
Yes! Our Toddler Tank kits are great to start your fish keeping adventure! Just cycle the water and add a fishy friend.
What does "cycle" mean?
Cycling creates beneficial bacteria in the tank that break down fish waste. It usually takes 2-3 weeks before adding fish.
Do you offer gift options?
Absolutely! Our fish tanks, decorations, and accessories make perfect gifts for kids. We even have gift cards now!
What if my order arrives damaged?
We package everything carefully but understand damages may happen on the journey. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days. We’ll replace it or give you a full refund, no worries.
Are the products kid safe?
Yes! All our tanks and accessories are child-friendly and safe. Rosalee was helping just before she turned one. 😉
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us quickly and we’ll do our best to make changes. Once it’s on its way, we can’t change it.
How do I clean decorations safely?
Use a soft sponge or brush and clean in the tank water. Avoid any soaps or chemicals as they can harm your fish.
Can I buy extra decorations or hideaways later?
Yes! We have lots of fun ornaments, rocks, logs, and themed decorations to grow your child’s tank over time. We love changing our tank themes up every month!
